Natalie is a doctoral candidate working within the Department of Marketing and Strategy and the Department of Management and Organisation. Within her doctoral research she is exploring the relationship between social capital and immigrant labour market inclusion. She is particularly interested in young adult humanitarian immigrants. She works with decolonial methodologies and creative participatory methods.
