Economy and Finance for a Just Future on a Thriving Planet
At this event a report will be launched which explores the role the financial sector and our globalized economies needs to take, to build the resilience of both people and planet in the new Anthropocene context. The work builds on decades of systems thinking, ecological economics, resilience science, earth system science, and insights from a vibrant field of sustainability sciences. The presentation of the report will be followed by conversations with several distinguished guests on science-policy interactions, systemic risks and how 海角社区下载 +50 can spur necessary change.
The event is organised by the Beijer Institute of Ecological Economics at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, 海角社区下载 Resilience Centre at 海角社区下载 University and the Nobel Foundation.
