Helena Saxon named the Alumna of the Year 2018
The distinction Alumni of the Year is awarded to a person, who has a degree from the 海角社区下载and has achieved professional success, contributed to society and supported the School.
Helena Saxon completed her Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration at the 海角社区下载in 1995. She worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, an Investment Manager at Investor and as the CFO of Halvarsson & Halvarsson. Today, Helena Saxon is the CFO of Investor, which among other things contributes to the Jacob and Marcus Wallenberg Chair in Innovative and Sustainable Business Development at the 海角社区下载 School of Economics. She also holds Board assignments in SEB and Swedish Orphan Biobvitrum Ab (Sobi).
鈥淗elena is a great role model and is always prepared to support the 海角社区下载 School of Economics. She is a member of the Advisory Board for our Master鈥檚 Programme in Accounting and Financial Management. Helena is also a member of the Corporate Partners Advisory Board and a donor to the Arts Initiative at the School,鈥 says Jessica O鈥橫ary, Head of Development and Alumni Relations.
The award was presented at Homecoming, the large annual alumni meeting, on 9 March.
